WHAT TO EXPECT!
Live Group Classes: Join us during lunchtime for a 40-minute workout session, where you’ll receive live guidance and have the opportunity to ask questions. Can't attend live? No worries! A video recording will be available for 48 hours. These classes are meant to get you away from your desk and get your body moving in different position. Yoga mat is recommended because we will add some floor exercises.
Recorded Video Guide: Access a series of short, easy-to-follow videos covering each section of the challenge. Perfect for quick desk breaks.
Community Building: Connect with like-minded individuals who are also looking to integrate movement into their workday. Share progress, motivate each other, and build accountability within our community.
Expert Guidance: Learn from Jess, a passionate movement educator, along with insights from Mark, an occupational health professional and expert on office ergonomics.
RECOMMENDED PROPS
Props are meant to assist or challenge an exercise or stretch. They also provide additional feedback for your movement. If you do not have these options, don’t stress! We can try to utilize what you already have. Click below to purchase affordable props.

Jess is a passionate movement educator dedicated to helping people integrate joyful and effective movement into their daily lives. With expertise in Pilates, functional training, somatic training, and neuro training, Jess blends various modalities to create a holistic approach to movement. Jess’s mission is to transform how people perceive and experience movement, making it a source of joy, exploration, and well-being.

Hot Crowd
Hot Crowd, based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, IL, was established in 2017 by Founder, Emily Rayburn and transitioned leadership in 2021 to be led by now Co-Directors Brittany Latta McMahon & Devon Lloyd. Their mission is to stimulate and inspire dancers and non dancers alike through community interaction, innovative movement, and accessibility in order to spread the art of dance throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond. Since its inception, Hot Crowd has been invited to perform in several major cities throughout the U.S. including Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit and St. Louis as well as out of the country in Seoul, South Korea.
The dance organization has also created seven self-produced shows and one professional dance for film. Other Hot Crowd programming includes dance workshops & residencies for students ranging in age from youth to adult, pay what you can community classes, and collaborative events with other local artists and businesses. Hot Crowd is currently working toward the end of their Season 7 endeavors which includes several workshops, intensives, dance festivals, performances, and classes in their beloved neighborhood of Logan Square. Our newest production, Innate, showcased May 31st - June 2nd, 2024 at The Wit Theater.
CHICAGO DANCE CRASH
Under the visionary leadership of Artistic Director KC Bevis, Crash has emerged as the leading physical theater dance company in the Midwest, blending street dance, storytelling, tricking, acro, and contemporary dance. Known for its diverse repertoire, Crash’s performances feature choreography and freestyles by some of the nation’s top dance practitioners and tours annually across the U.S.
A two-time recipient of the Black Theater Alliance Award for Choreography, Crash’s impact extends beyond the stage. Recognized as a trailblazer by the Chicago Reader and Newcity Stage, the company has also been lauded for creating “The Most Inventive Work in the U.S.” by Dance Magazine. With features on international television and platforms like The Huffington Post, Crash’s influence has reached national proportions.
The heart of Crash lies in its eight-member Performance Ensemble and dedicated Artistic Associates, whose professional training spans from New York and Los Angeles to Chicago’s Southside. With degrees in dance and a commitment to teaching K-8 students, these artists serve as ambassadors of street dance throughout the Midwest.
