Movement Challenge: Move At Your Desk
Move At Your Desk to help you stay active and healthy even during long hours at your desk. Learn exercises for your upper body, lower body, hands, wrists, forearms, and feet to keep you flexible and reduce tension. We also provide breath work techniques to improve focus, tips to maintain energy, eye exercises to reduce strain, and mindfulness practices to enhance well-being. All exercises are easy to integrate into your daily routine right at your desk. We offer three live virtual classes during lunchtime each week that you can attend to further support your movement goals. All classes are donation base and funds go towards our Pay It Forward program.
