Hot crowd is a Chicago-based dance company in Logan Square. I’m excited to work with them during their 7th season to help them keep their bodies conditioned and ready to perform. As a dancer myself, I know the importance of cross training. I’ve experienced injuries and know how that impacts performs and the body. It wasn’t until I started pilates I developed a deeper understanding of my body as mover. I want to empower and support the dance community through pilates for their personal growth through their artistry and career.
